If sales and marketing are your passion, you conduct negotiations in every aspect of your life, you dream about the career of sales manager, commercial director, head of marketing, you want to set up your own business based on sales and marketing, you need to know how to motivate your team to effective and productive work in order to achieve your objectives, you wonder how to develop an effective marketing strategy, then these studies are just for you. As part of the Marketing & Sales Management specialization: - You will learn the modern form of sales - You will explore the secrets of techniques of influencing the customer - You will gain knowledge about sales strategies and techniques - You will learn how marketing communication should run - You will learn how to manage a sales team - You will learn effective incentive schemes in sales - You will find out how to prepare marketing strategies It is worth stressing that during the studies in the field of Management, you will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of management and related sciences. You will learn about the principles of functioning of various organizations (enterprises and public institutions). Moreover, during your studies, we will teach you to identify, diagnose and solve the problems in the area of managing all resources: human, material and financial resources as well as information based on known management tools and instruments. You will be ready to make appropriate decisions and perform the functions of process and project management in the organization.

Program curriculum:
Selected basic content: economics, elements of law, sociology, quantitative methods. Selected faculty content: organization and management, marketing, finance, enterprise resources management, negotiations in business. Content within specialization: modern forms of sales, techniques of influencing the customer, sales strategies, sales techniques, marketing communication, market entities behavior, commercial customer service, incentive schemes in sales, sales team management (CRM), e-commerce.

Language requirements
No language proficiency certificate is required, however intermediate command of English (B2) according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. Applicants’ command of English will be assessed in the course of a on-line interview.
Admission documents
Admission documents are accepted in the following languages: English.

1. Scan of your secondary school certificate including the transcript of records along with the official translation into English or Polish language with legalization* (or apostille**) with annotation (or as a separate document***) stating that the certificate entitles to apply for admission to degree programmes at universities of every type in the country in which you received the above mentioned certificate.

2. Scan of your international passport page with your photo and personal data.

3. One personal photograph in jpg format along with one photograh in paper version.

4. Health and Accident insurance policy covering the period of your education in Poland

5. Confirmation of payment of tuition fee.

You can send the following documents as scanned copies upon admission.

You must bring the original admission documents along with you when you finally arrive to the university.

*Legalisation of foreign documents of education (secondary school leaving certificate and higher education diploma) – it is a formal verification of their authenticity. If a country in which a given document was issued is not party to the Hague Convention, the documents legalisation remains the responsibility of a Polish consular office in that country.

If you are a holder of documents issued in any of the countries mentioned below, you should legalise them in the Polish consular office appropriate for that particular country:

**Apostille: If a country in which a given document was issued is a party to the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents, concluded in The Hague, 5 October 1961, the documents legalisation is replaced by an Apostille certificate attached to it.
